Testing E-Mail Posting

I am trying out new ways to add content to the site so I though I would
setup the E-Mail posting so that I can post some of the things my family
sends me in E-Mails. Last time I tried to set up a system like this each time
it checked to see if there was a message it would post already posted
messages. Hope this works!
